Senior Product Manager
We just launched a new version of Seekr, grew our user base 10X in the last 12 months, and are now sharply focused on the outcome that matters most: students getting hired into good-fit jobs. The infrastructure is there. The momentum is real. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us build what comes next. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Product and Technology Officer. You’ll own the product roadmap for Seekr, working closely with the eTeam and a Product Strategist to set priorities and drive execution. The EPD (Engineering, Product, Data) team is nimble and growing — currently a mix of full-time staff, agency partners, and independent contractors, including software engineers, QA engineers, a product designer, and data partners. You’ll help shape how this team operates as it scales.
Senior Manager, Data and Analytics
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for helping Basta collect, manage, analyze, and operationalize data across the organization. You'll partner closely with the Director of Data Strategy while serving as the primary owner of our data infrastructure and reporting ecosystem. You'll work across Programs, Revenue, Development, Operations, and Product to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and actionable. At Basta, that means balancing analysis with engineering—building dashboards, supporting reporting and analysis, and maintaining the warehouse, pipelines, models, and integrations that make those insights possible. We're a small, collaborative data team, so success in this role requires someone who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions, and building systems that help teams make better decisions and do their best work.
Content Facilitator
Students find Basta sessions through Seekr, choosing from a flexible mix of standalone sessions they join a la carte and more structured, multi-session programs. As a Content Facilitator, you are the person in the room (virtual or in-person) who makes that content come alive. Basta sessions are not school. We don't do lectures, and we don't do busywork. Every session should feel like the best professional development a participant has ever had: high energy, high stakes, and genuinely fun, while still pushing participants to practice real skills, take real feedback, and stretch past their comfort zone. You'll be the reason a session that could feel like homework instead feels electric.
