On average, the Basta Fellowship is a 4-6 month commitment- consisting of two phases: an 11 week career readiness intensive followed by weekly career coaching for up to a year until you secure your first job. The Basta Fellowship is a free program for first-generation college students and recent graduates to land strong first jobs. A full-time position with benefits and a competitive salary is within reach.
