Director of Program Operations
As Basta scales, we need a master integrator who connects people, processes, and technology to drive operational excellence. The Director of Program Operations is a strategic anchor for our Program Operations & Systems team—responsible for designing, refining, and overseeing the systems, workflows, and structures that keep the Basta team aligned and effective. This systems-minded leader will translate strategic vision into execution, creating the operational backbone that makes seamless, high-quality coordination possible across teams, programs, and partners to deliver best-in-class programs at scale.
Senior Manager, Customer Experience
Discovery, our flagship platform, partners with K16 institutions and nonprofits to make career readiness scalable, engaging, and measurable. We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Experience to ensure exceptional service and strong retention across our Nonprofit and University Discovery partnerships. This person will lead the full partner journey—onboarding, support, Student participation, and renewal—while building systems and communication that ensure our partners succeed year over year.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, identifying patterns in partner needs, activating student users, and driving operational improvements that lead to results. You’ll be a trusted partner for school and nonprofit leaders, a strategic connector across internal teams, and an advocate for partners’ goals in how we deliver Discovery.
Fellowship Operations Manager
The Fellowship Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Fellowship, will serve as the operational leader for Basta’s flagship direct-to-student offering, the Fellowship. You will be part of a cross-functional team that delivers on the Fellowship Experience’s promise to young people: job placement rates of 75%+, among the highest in the country. In this role, you will navigate the dynamic intersection of program operations, technology integration, event management, and project management between the first phase of the Fellowship, Prepare, and the second phase, Search. This role is a great fit for a strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, enjoys building systems and improving processes, and has the ability to shift in between big-picture to critical details, effortlessly.
