Calling all students pursuing a career in tech! Code2Career is an exclusive Basta program that combines technical training with real-world career skills, paving the way for participants to master the technical interview and launch great careers in tech.

The 10-week virtual experience includes:
1:1 Mentorship from a volunteer Software Engineer (SWE).
Discovery, Basta’s signature career prep platform.
Alongside 10 weeks of SWE mentorship, Code2Career participants will experience Discovery's evidence-based assessments, live online workshops, and practical resources that pave the path toward a successful career journey.
Weekly one-hour virtual 1:1 sessions will occur between October and December '25.
you should apply if you’re:
An undergrad student majoring in Computer Science or a related field.
A student who has completed a course that teaches you how to use Data Structures (arrays, lists, maps, sets, trees) and Algorithms (e.g. binary search, depth-first search, breach-first search, quick sort, merge sort, etc.)
Proficient in coding languages like Java, C++, Python, JavaScript.
Committed to spending ≥4 hrs/week in independent coding.
Available for weekly virtual 1:1 mentorship.
Able to demonstrate coding proficiency through CodeSignal assessment.
