Code2Career is an exclusive Basta program that combines technical training with real-world career skills, paving the way for participants to master the technical interview and launch great careers in tech.

The 10-week virtual experience includes:

  • One-on-one Mentorship from a professional Google Software Engineer (SWE).

  • Access to jobs and internships through a curated job board

  • Career exposure events with top employers.

Alongside 10 weeks of Google SWE mentorship, Code2Career participants will continue to have access to Discovery's evidence-based assessments, live online workshops, and practical resources ensuring they are creating a path toward a successful career journey. To be eligible for Code2Career, you must be on the Discovery platform and have completed the assessment.

SUMMER'26 COHORT DETAILS:

  • Summer'26 cohort subject runs from July - September. Applications will open in May (dates subject to change).

  • Eligible students: CS majors graduating between Summer'26 - Summer'28 who complete the Seekr assessment and are on the Discovery platform.

  • Application Components: 10 min application | 70 min coding assessment for eligible applicants.
